Adrian Thomas is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 25 years of nursing experience, committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. With a deep understanding of both physical and emotional well-being, Adrian takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care that emphasizes trust, respect, and empowerment.

She began hernursing journey by earning an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Bishop State Community College. Adrian then completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing Education and Administration at the University of Mobile, building a strong foundation in both clinical practice and leadership. She later earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Maryville University, preparing her to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.

Board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Adrian has experience working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions. Her treatment philosophy integrates medication management, therapeutic support, and lifestyle strategies, all tailored to each patient’s individual goals and needs.

Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, and reflecting on her commitment to balanced living and ongoing personal growth.

With a warm, empathetic approach and decades of clinical insight, Adrian is dedicated to helping patients find clarity, stability, and hope in their mental health journey.
